Rob and Racquel bring with them many years of combined experience in project management, construction, lawn and landscape maintenance, and vendor coordination. We will work to keep your home thoroughly checked and prepared before your arrival and properly secured when you're away. We handle everything from HVAC checks, lighting, and securing windows and doors for off-season care.
Emergency Response & Storm Preparedness
Florida weather can be unpredictable. We provide emergency response services, including storm preparedness, securing your home for hurricanes or severe weather, and immediate action if something goes wrong while you’re away. We will work hard to support your property being properly secured and monitored during storms, minimizing risk and damage. Post storm evaluation will be completed with pictures and videos for any insurance claims.
